Compensation
We offer a highly rewarding compensation structure designed to grow with your performance and commitment:
- Daily Guarantee: $850/day
- Earning Potential: $250,000–$400,000+ annually
- Compensation Model: 30–35% of production (tiered system – the higher your production, the higher your percentage)
- Signing Bonus: $12,000 for a 2-year agreement
- Benefits Include:
- $500 annual CE allowance
- $220/month health insurance contribution
- Supportive clinical autonomy and mentorship
The Opportunity
This is a full-time opportunity with flexibility to build your ideal schedule and clinical focus.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–6 p.m. (Saturdays optional based on productivity)
- Procedures: All aspects of general dentistry – perform the procedures you enjoy most
- Technology: Modern, fully digital setup featuring state-of-the-art equipment
- Mentorship: Hands-on guidance and peer support from experienced clinicians
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience preferred; nitrous certification a plus
- New Grads: Encouraged to apply – strong mentorship available
